ONLINE CONDUCT. As a Member, you agree

You will not post on the

publicity).

personal information. Newenterprise Canada reserves the
right, but has no obligation, to reject any profile or
photo that does not comply with these prohibitions.
You will not engage in advertising
to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any
products or services through the Service. You will not
transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other
PolishDatingClub
members.
You are solely responsible for your
interactions with other
PolishDatingClub Members. Newenterprise Canada reserves the right, but has no
obligation, to monitor and/or mediate disputes between
you and other Members.
INDEMNITY BY MEMBER: You will defend,
indemnify, and hold harmless
PolishDatingClub,
its officers, directors, employees, agents and third
parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses
(including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or
arising out of your use of the
PolishDatingClub,
including:
(i) your breach of this Agreement; (ii)
any allegation that any materials that you submit to us or
transmit to the Site infringe or otherwise violate the
copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual
property or other rights of any third party; and/or (iii)
your activities in connection with the Site. This
indemnity shall be applicable without regard to the
negligence of any party, including any indemnified person.

are the trademarks of Newenterprise Canada. All other
trademarks, logos, service marks, company or product names
set forth in this Website are the property of their
respective owners.
This Agreement, accepted by you upon
registering for the Service, contains the entire agreement
between you and PolishDatingClub
regarding the Service and the Site, including the Privacy
Policy. In the event of any conflict between the Privacy
Policy and this Agreement, this Agreement shall control.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the Terms will survive
termination of your membership to the Service. This
agreement shall terminate immediately and without notice
if you breach any of the Terms, subject to the survival of

of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this

The Member certifies that the Member has

By posting information or content to any
